Background:
I have 20 years' experience in the IT industry. When I first met Rob and Gary I was happily employed as an IT client executive for a local reseller. After a few meetings it was clear to me that IES was totally different from the competition. When I say different I'm referring to our diverse skills and solutions. Background:
I came to IES Group in 1998 immediately after completing college. I presently lead a team that supports two Service & Solution Divisions, Business Intelligence & Health Care. Among the team's responsibility is to support new product designs, design integration, and overall team support. Every day can present a different challenge and is best approached with a positive attitude. Background:
I joined IES Group in 2003; my role is to supervise all activities related to hardware device integration and automation system engineering. One of my most important responsibilities is working with team leaders and analysts to ensure that we are providing customers with seamless integration solutions. Some of my other duties include providing the tools and resources necessary for system development success, developing existing staff, and working on many projects to improve the support that we provide.

Luis brings 10 years of experience designing and deploying windows and web based applications in various programming languages. He has experience in supporting systems for many industries including banking, industrial, health care and commercial.

My position is about problem solving. I have to understand both industry and customer goals and objectives. We want to do it faster, better and cheaper. I'm responsible for insuring the accuracy of bills, service levels and that they are 100 percent satisfied. I am always in the process of developing and revising our business processes, making sure our processes up to date with industry standards. I strive to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. I'd recommend IES Group to anyone interested in working with the latest technology and working across technologies. Mary Ellen, RN has over 20 years experience working in the healthcare industry. Her experience includes roles in front-line nursing, Nursing Administration and most recently Senior Management roles with VON. To address this unmet Ontario health need, Mary has led the formation of the IES Group Health Care Division.
